About Me

Hi! I'm Natalie, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) focusing on supporting individuals who are navigating grief, caring for aging parents or loved ones, and managing the emotional weight that comes with change, whether expected or unexpected. I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, especially when these concerns overlap with loss or shifting roles.

I believe healing is not linear and that meaningful change begins with feeling understood and supported. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can explore what you’re carrying, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels sustainable.
